iStar Finance Chief To Exit

iStar Financial’s CFO, James Burns, is leaving the commercial real estate lender, Reuters reports. His responsibilities include management of the company’s capital-raising initiatives, financial reporting and investor relations.

The company’s senior management team will assume the CFO’s responsibilities on an interim basis. The U.S. bank did not disclose the reason for Burns’ resignation.
