Itron Gets $800M Credit Facility
Itron has secured credit facilities worth $800 million.
Itronhas secured credit facilities worth $800 million. The loan amount consists of a $300 million term loan and a $500 million multicurrency revolving credit facility.
Both the credit facilities will mature on Aug. 5, 2016.Wells FargoandJP Morganwere the lead arrangers of the credit facility for the utility solutions provider.
